Year 3 were visited by a Roman called Claudia.
She told us all about Roman life - how they dressed, what they ate, how they bathed and what the lives of Roman soldiers were like. Children dressed up as rich and poor Romans and Julian became a Roman soldier, the chainmail was extremely heavy!
Aaron said, "I really enjoyed the stories she told, they were really funny".
Jack Brown said, "I loved learning about all the different weapons used by Roman Soldiers".
