Year 2/3 have been sampling Mexican food and drink at Chiquito's Restaurant in the Metro Centre. Pupils tasted a sour margarita which is made from lemon, lime and tequila (no tequila for the tasting session though!). " It was really sour" said Emma after tasting the margarita. Each pupil had a tortilla, chicken, onions. pepper, corn on the cob and a few chips. This was served with salsa and cheese so every pupil could make their own fajita. "I really liked all of it. The food was delicious!" said Harrison.

These fajitas taste good!
