Bob Knox from CE Electric came into school to do a special assembly all about how to stay safe around electricity. The children were all very good at identifying possible hazards and were interested to see how electricity can jump. They looked at possible scenarios and how to be safe, such as if they lose a football inside an electric substation. They should ring the phone number on the gate to arrange for someone to bring it back. His main message was to stay away from electric cables and stay safe.
