The children were able to meet scientists, engineers and tech employees from a variety of companies based in the North-East and beyond.  Pupils had the opportunity to use virtual reality headsets, build various cardboard models and control a range of programmable devices.  They even made some robotic friends! It was a long, tiring day, but they had lots of fun and brought home a range of goodies from the different stands.
