Full details of our Complaints Procedure can be found below. Any parents of children with SEN who wish to make a complaint should firstly talk to the class teacher. If this does not resolve the issue, parents should then make an official complaint and ask for an appointment to meet with the Head Teacher and SENCO. This meeting should take place within seven days of the complaint being made. If the issue is still not resolved, parents can then contact the Chair of Governors and the Pupils and Curriculum committee. Parents can contact the school by telephone, letter, or in person by appointment via the school office.
