'That History Bloke'

 

We were very fortunate to receive a visit from 'That History Bloke', Mr Stevenson, who told us all about toys from the past.  We really enjoyed playing with the toys Mr Stevenson brought along, and even made our own version of a toy from the past!

 

A visit from Nurse Wendy

Wendy, a nurse from the QE Hospital in Gateshead, came into school today to tell us all about what happens in the hospital and who might look after us if we ever need to go to hospital.  We looked at some X-Rays and even got to try out some medical equipment!
