Year 4 Visit Hindu Temple

Year 4 really enjoyed their recent visit to the Hindu Temple in Newcastle and were given a very warm welcome by Kirtida a Hindu priestess. Everyone had the opportunity to dress up in traditional Indian costumes and to have their hands painted. The visit gave the children a greater understanding of Hindu beliefs and the day was a huge success.
