Parents/carers of children who have specific medical conditions (e.g. dietary allergies, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy etc.) may be required to provide further information from a GP/Consultant to enable us to write a care plan for your child.
If your child is receiving prescribed medication, we can administer this at school provided that it is four doses per day. Regrettably, if it is less than four doses per day, we are unable to administer it. Before any medication is administered by school staff, parents/carers must complete a medication form at the school office. Please see our 'Administration of Medication Policy' here.
